For the past 20 years, I’ve utilized various techniques to change my own life and the lives of thousands of clients and students. 

Through experience with each of these techniques, I’ve created a comprehensive program that works to create profound, sustained change. 

I provide a safe space, tons of support and connection, and a system I know works to transform your life.

I meet you where you are, with zero judgment. I empower you to compassionately see WHY you’re stuck in old ingrained patterns and HOW to reprogram yourself to create what you want in your life.

We do this work together. I’ll train you to transform your day-to-day energy, flow your feelings out of their stuck places, and extricate yourself from your old belief systems – with evidence-based energy tools. 

This is not one-and-done Band-Aid healing. This is a container that will give you the time and the tools you need to truly transform permanently.

Personal Transformational Coaching

One of Tara's supportive containers (3, 6, and 9 months) is for you if you have been struggling and don't know why. We dig down to the main causes of what’s keeping you stuck in the following areas.

    • stuck in anxiety, stress or illness

RENEW:

In this supportive 3-month one-on-one container, we dig down to the main causes of what’s keeping you stuck in one of the areas mentioned above.

You’ll discover how to effectively manage stress and anxiety with an easy-to-learn evidence-based energy tool.

You'll practice a simple visualization that revitalizes the connection between you and the Universe.

The major limiting belief systems that have kept you stuck will be transformed at the subconscious level, where they’re being held in your body.

By the end of the program, you will be empowered to bring your dreams into your reality.

Included is:

    • 45-minute goal-setting session (with preliminary survey)
    • 10 55-min sessions (in person or Zoom or a combination)

We’ll have the time to dive deep and create real change in your relationships, work life, and day-to-day level of peace, joy and success.

You’ll discover how to effectively manage stress and anxiety with an easy-to-learn evidence-based energy tool.

You'll practice a simple visualization that revitalizes the connection between you and the Universe.

The major limiting belief systems that have kept you stuck will be transformed at the subconscious level, where they’re being held in your body.

By the end of the program, you will be empowered to bring your dreams into your reality.

You’ll also receive two half-hour channeled sessions where we connect with one of your celestial guides or ancestor guides and receive direction and wisdom on specific areas of your life. (This is a client favorite!)

Included is:

    • 45-minute goal-setting session (with preliminary survey)
    • 18 55-min sessions (in person or Zoom or a combination)
    • 6 20-min extra support sessions (Zoom)

RADICAL RE-CREATION:

This supportive 9-month container is for you if you’ve been struggling for a long time or if you know you have lots of deeper work to do and appreciate partnership as you take the journey. In this container, we will dig down to the main causes of what’s keeping you stuck in the areas mentioned above.

Together we identify what emotions consistently drag you down, what higher-vibration emotions would change your life the most, and you receive a personalized, tailor-made 10-minute visualization that will reprogram your bodymind, which you can use whenever you feel yourself falling into old patterns. (This is worth its weight in gold!)

You’ll discover how to effectively manage stress and anxiety with an easy-to-learn evidence-based energy tool.

You'll practice a simple visualization that revitalizes the connection between you and the Universe.

The major limiting belief systems that have kept you stuck will be transformed at the subconscious level, where they’re being held in your body.

By the end of the program, you will be empowered to bring your dreams into your reality.

You’ll also receive two half-hour channeled sessions where we connect with one of your celestial guides or ancestor guides and receive direction and wisdom on specific areas of your life. (This is a client favorite!)

Also included is the opportunity to be part of a 3-day workshop where you’ll learn and practice how to transform belief systems on yourself and others. You’ll find out about the four subconscious levels we hold beliefs, and the seven planes of existence that make up the Universe, and much more. This workshop (in person or Zoom) is held twice a year, and we will make every effort to offer it around your schedule. Workshop must be taken within two years of finishing the program, the sooner the better. (This is a certification workshop; you will be a Basic DNA ThetaHealing practitioner at its completion.)
